1, DELIVERY COSTS

If you buy just one programme the P&P cost will be £2.00. Each additional programme will cost 75p. All orders are securely packaged. This price is for UK customers only, overseas customers please scroll down to item 4 on this page.

Generally we post via Royal Mail. Orders too large to go in the post are sent via courier. In the event that your order will be shipped via courier we will email you with any available tracking information and an idea of when you should expect to receive the order.

PLEASE NOTE. Orders sent via courier can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.


2, SHIPPING & HANDLING

If you order from us before 3.00pm (sometimes even later), we will usually ship your order that day. We are though in the hands of Royal Mail so next day delivery is not guaranteed. We will do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.


3, WE SHIP FROM MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

We have multiple outlets so an order of three programmes could come from three different locations. The three programmes may not all arrive at the same time so please give it a few days before contacting due to non receipt of an order or part of an order.


4, OVERSEAS ORDERS

We only accept direct orders from customers in the UK. If you are overseas and would like to buy programmes please email us at info@football-programmes.net with details of the programme(s) you would like and your location. We will work out the shipping costs and invoice you accordingly. The invoice can be paid either via a PayPal account or by credit card.

Any orders made directly will be refunded or invoiced for the additional shipping costs.
