Football Programmes Delivery Information

1. UK Delivery Costs

Delivery for football programmes within the UK is a flat rate of £2.00 for the first programme. Each additional programme costs 75p. All orders are securely packaged to ensure your programme arrives in excellent condition. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail; larger orders may be sent by courier. If your order is shipped by courier, we will notify you by email with the expected delivery date.

Note: Courier deliveries can take up to 3 working days.

2. Shipping & Handling

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible — often the same day your purchase is made. While Royal Mail are generally reliable, delivery times may vary once the package leaves our premises. We always ensure safe and secure handling for your programmes.

3. Multiple Outlets

As our marketplace brings together different sellers across the UK, an order of two or more programmes may be dispatched from separate outlets. This means items may arrive in more than one parcel. Please allow a few extra days before contacting us if your full order does not arrive at once.

4. Overseas Orders

We welcome international collectors. If you are based outside the UK and wish to purchase football programmes, please email us at info@football-programmes.net with details of the programmes you would like to order and your location. We will calculate the shipping cost based on weight and size and send you an invoice.

Overseas invoices can be paid securely via PayPal or by credit/debit card. Please note that orders placed directly through the website from outside the UK will either be refunded or adjusted to include the correct international shipping charges.

5. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Customers may return any programme within **14 days of receipt**, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Please contact us before returning an item to receive instructions.

If you receive an incorrect item sent in error, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct programme to be sent as a replacement or provide a full refund, including any postage costs incurred.
