Delivery Information

1, DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are as follows:

If you buy just one programme the postage and packing cost will be £2.00. Each additional programme will cost 75p. All orders are securely packaged. This price is for UK customers only, overseas customers please scroll down to item 4 on this page.

Generally we post via the Royal Mail. Orders too large to go in the post are sent via courier. In the event that your order will be shipped via a courier, we will email you with when you should expect to receive the order.

PLEASE NOTE. Orders sent via courier can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.


2, SHIPPING & HANDLING

When you place an order, we will ship it as soon as possible, sometimes on the same day. Royal Mail are generally very reliable but once we have passed your order on to them, we have no control over when it will be delivered.


3, MULTIPLE OULTETS

An order of two or more programmes could come from our different outlets around the UK. The programmes may not all arrive at the same time, so please give it a few days before contacting due to non receipt of an order.


4, OVERSEAS ORDERS

We only accept direct orders from customers in the UK.

If you are overseas and would like to buy programmes, please email info@football-programmes.net with details of the programme(s) you would like to order and your location. We will calculate the shipping costs based on the size and weight and invoice you accordingly. The invoice can be paid either via a PayPal account or by credit/debit card.

Any orders made directly will be refunded or invoiced for the additional shipping costs.
