These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on Football-Programmes.NET. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order. By browsing and buying football programmes through this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Making a Purchase

Ordering from our site is simple. Browse our extensive catalogue of football programmes and click “Add to Basket” to select an item. When ready, click “Checkout” to complete your purchase. New customers will be asked to register with a few details so we can process and deliver your order. Existing customers can log in to their account. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Order Cancellation & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order and receive a full refund. This right must be exercised within 14 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

To cancel, email info@football-programmes.net with your order number and details of the items to be returned. We will reply with instructions. Please package items securely and send them back within 14 working days. We recommend using a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless we supplied the wrong item or it was faulty. Refunds will be processed when goods are received in the same condition as delivered. If you fail to return items or cover delivery costs, we may deduct recovery costs from your refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include any applicable VAT. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway for football programme orders.
